All orders are made through our shopping cart program. No credit card or payment details are held by us or on our servers.
Payments
Payments can be made either by cheque (UK Only) and Credit & Debit Card Payments. All card payments go through Nochex On-Line Payment Service so your payment information is encrypted and is not held by CFI-Direct. We now also have an option to pay via Paypal.
Custom Information
All the information requested must be filled in by the user and we can not be held responsible for customers mistakes in the information provided.
Refunds and Replacements
All our items are personalised to your requirements, we will only refund or replace damaged products. We will not refund or replace goods that have the wrong spelling or design unless it is our fault.
Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel within 7 days on stock items. If we are making a personalised item we can only cancel the item if the item has not yet made it into production. If it has we cannot cancel or refund for the product in question.
General Terms
You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of this site or our products or products provided by a third party.
